Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before renting a dumpster from Columbus Dumpster Rental. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

Columbus Dumpster Rental provides roll-off dumpster rental services in Columbus and Central Ohio. Services include delivery, rental period, pickup, and disposal of permitted materials.

2. Pricing & Payment

All quoted prices are flat-rate and include delivery, the standard 7-day rental period, pickup, and disposal within the included weight limit. Overweight fees, extended rental fees, and prohibited item surcharges may apply and will be communicated upfront. Payment is due upon delivery unless otherwise agreed.

3. Prohibited Items

The following items are strictly prohibited in all dumpsters:

• Hazardous waste, chemicals, or solvents
• Paint, oil, or automotive fluids
• Batteries (lead-acid or lithium)
• Tires and vehicle parts with fluids
• Asbestos-containing materials
• Medical or biohazardous waste
• Refrigerants (freon-containing appliances)
• Electronics (TVs, computers) — call for options

Disposal of prohibited items may result in additional charges and removal from your dumpster at your expense.

4. Rental Period

Standard rental includes 7 days. Extensions are available at a daily rate. Customer is responsible for notifying us when the dumpster is ready for pickup. Dumpsters left beyond the rental period without notice may incur additional fees.

5. Placement & Access

Customer is responsible for ensuring adequate access for delivery and pickup. Dumpsters placed on public streets may require a permit from the City of Columbus. Columbus Dumpster Rental is not responsible for any damage to driveways, landscaping, or underground utilities due to pre-existing conditions. We use protective measures where possible.

6. Weight Limits

Each container size includes a specified weight allowance. Overweight loads are charged at the prevailing per-ton rate and will be disclosed at time of pickup. Customer agrees to pay any overweight charges incurred.

7. Cancellations

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before scheduled delivery will receive a full refund. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a trip fee. No-shows may forfeit the deposit.

8. Limitation of Liability

Columbus Dumpster Rental's liability is limited to the value of the services provided. We carry commercial liability insurance. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Disputes shall be resolved in Franklin County, Ohio courts.
